What is Ashwagandha Powder?
Ashwagandha is one of the world’s oldest medical systems and one of India’s healthcare systems. It’s also known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry. Its known to provide aid in managing problems associated with stress and anxiety due to its Rasayana(rejuvenating) and balancing properties.
